Terms and ConditionsContract for Travel with Travel Bee, trading under the name Arctic Direct Note – Itinerary will include the above activities or those of equal or greater value with prior arrangement. Some rearranging of order of activities may be required but will only be done with full consent of customer. Price based on number booked unless specified otherwise – no other minimum person numbers required. Visa and Passport Requirements – Sweden/Finland/Iceland are members of the EU/EEC. A valid Passport is required but there are no extraordinary visa regulations for UK citizens. Thailand/Egypt/South Africa/North Pole guidance given on booking. An E111 form and personal travel insurance are recommended. Travel Bee is ATOL protected – ATOL9030 Transfers included where stated HOTEL board basis as stated Warm clothing rental included for winter breaks as specified, diving equipment rental included as stated All of the packages that we list on are website are subject to change regarding your specific requirements and, as each package may be tailored everything on the website is for illustration purposes only. Sometimes the order in which packages are initially put together has to be altered at the location - this is not uncommon and, you should not expect to stick exactly to the itinerary provided. |
Any special requirements communicated to Travel Bee before booking. All activity times may include time spent on transfer, clothing, instruction and break/coffee. Payment 25% of outstanding balance to be paid to confirm booking. Remaining balance to be paid without prompting at least 8 weeks before departure. If final payment is not paid at this point, Travel Bee reserves the right to cancel the trip without refund. Final payment by card attracts a 5% fee. Cancellations In the event of cancellation up to 10 weeks before departure Travel Bee will charge 25% of the holiday cost. If cancellation occurs after the 8 week point Travel Bee will charge 50% of the holiday cost. Cancellation within 6 weeks of travelling will result in 100% of holiday cost being charged. If the cancellation is due to ill health or family emergency Travel Bee will refund as much of the holiday cost as possible on receipt of proof. In event of a customer complaint the customer must attempt to contact Travel Bee at point of complaint to allow for resolution of complaint to be made. Travel Bee will reimburse the cost of any calls required to Travel Bee made in order to notify Travel Bee of a problem. If the problem cannot be resolved then on return from holiday customer must explain complaint fully in writing within 14days of return. Personal Data All information regarding your holiday is held on private computers to which only staff members have access. This information may include, although is not limited to, Names, addresses, date of birth, nationality, travel dates and requirements, dietary requirements and any other information that is deemed necessary for storage to ensure the successful completion of your holiday.
